Salmon pasta in cream sauce

A super easy low-histamine oven dish for any occasion: Salmon pasta in cream sauce!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 300g gluten-free pasta
  • 1 pack of plain cream cheese
  • ½ head of broccoli
  • 1 clove of garlic (1)
  • 2 pieces of wild salmon fillet (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
  • 150 ml cream
  • 550 ml water
  • Salt
Recipe

preparation

  • Place uncooked gluten-free pasta in a casserole dish.
  • Wash the broccoli and cut it into small pieces.
  • Chop the garlic cloves (1) finely and add them to the pasta along with the broccoli.
  • Mix organic vegetable broth with cream, water and a little salt and pour over the pasta.
  • Place the cream cheese and the (frozen) wild salmon on the pasta and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes using top and bottom heat.
  • Stir everything well before serving.

You can also prepare this dish vegetarianally and add other low-histamine vegetables of your choice instead of salmon.
