Salmon pasta in cream sauce
A super easy low-histamine oven dish for any occasion: Salmon pasta in cream sauce!

Preparation time

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 300g gluten-free pasta
- 1 pack of plain cream cheese
- ½ head of broccoli
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 2 pieces of wild salmon fillet (frozen)
- 1 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
- 150 ml cream
- 550 ml water
- Salt

preparation
- Place uncooked gluten-free pasta in a casserole dish.
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into small pieces.
- Chop the garlic cloves (1) finely and add them to the pasta along with the broccoli.
- Mix organic vegetable broth with cream, water and a little salt and pour over the pasta.
- Place the cream cheese and the (frozen) wild salmon on the pasta and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes using top and bottom heat.
- Stir everything well before serving.

You can also prepare this dish vegetarianally and add other low-histamine vegetables of your choice instead of salmon.
