Grain Muesli Cups

These low-histamine muesli cups are baked muesli bowls made from our HistaFood Grain Muesli, which you can fill as you like. We filled them with coconut yogurt and fruit. They're perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert! 

This recipe is  

  • suitable for a low-histamine diet 
  • gluten-free 
  • lactose-free
  • vegan 

Preparation time 

15 minutes + 15 minutes baking time 

Ingredients for 9 pieces 

  • 2 tbsp agave syrup 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 
  • 1 tsp flaxseed 
  • 200g coconut yogurt (1)
  • coconut oil 
  • Fruit for topping – e.g.: blueberries, apple, pomegranate 

Grain Muesli Cups Histamine preparation 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). 
  • Mix HistaFood organic grain muesli , apple puree, agave syrup, chia seeds and flax seeds. 
  • Divide the mixture among 9 muffin cups and press a depression into the center of each cup. 
  • Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. 
  • Prepare fruit for topping 
  • Let the muesli cups cool down and then fill them with coconut yogurt (1). 
  • Top with fruit of your choice and serve.
