Persimmon "Monster" with pomegranate

  • 1 persimmon (medium firm)
  • 50g pomegranate seeds, here frozen
  • 5-10 almond splinters (1)
  • 1 date

  • Wash the persimmon and then hollow out a mouth and two eyes.
  • Carefully insert the almond teeth and use two date slices as eyes.
  • Distribute pomegranate seeds on a plate and in the mouth of the "monster".
