Golden Milk
There are many excellent studies on the positive effects of ginger and turmeric (curcumin), demonstrating their anti-inflammatory and mast cell-stabilizing properties, among others. And the best part: both are usually well-tolerated by people with histamine intolerance! According to Ayurveda, Golden Milk is traditionally drunk for breakfast, but of course, you can enjoy this delicious drink at any other time of day.
