Gluten-free semolina pudding with applesauce

  • 130 g gluten-free semolina pudding (rice-based)
  • 750 ml water or plant-based milk (1)
  • 200 g applesauce
  • 2 handfuls of grapes
  • 2 handfuls of blueberries
  • 2 tsp almond slivers (1)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  • Cook the semolina pudding according to the instructions.
  • Refine with applesauce, grapes, blueberries, and almond slivers.
  • If desired, sweeten with a little maple syrup.
