Oven-baked red cabbage with vegan feta
Red cabbage with a twist: In this low-histamine recipe, red cabbage is roasted in the oven with vegan feta cheese, crunchy macadamia nuts, and delicious spices, then served warm. You absolutely have to try it!

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 1 red cabbage
- 100g vegan feta cheese (1)
- 1 handful of macadamia nuts
- Olive oil
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp thyme
In addition
preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
- Wash the red cabbage and slice it.
- Mix together olive oil, paprika powder, salt, oregano and thyme, and brush the red cabbage with it.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and macadamia nuts over the red cabbage slices and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the red cabbage slices from the oven and serve warm with HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce.
