Oat muesli with apple and persimmon
This low-histamine oat muesli is quick to prepare and offers a great mix of vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and fiber. A true breakfast delight!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- Oat flakes (gluten-free)
- 1 apple
- 1 persimmon
- 50g blanched almonds (1)
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- Almond milk (1) or gluten-free oat milk (1)
- Maple syrup

preparation
- Mix the oats together with the almonds (1), flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds in a bowl and sweeten with a little maple syrup.
- Chop the apple and persimmon into small pieces and add them. Add a little milk and enjoy.
