Colorful vegetable soup

This low-histamine, colorful vegetable soup is super easy to prepare and warms you nicely from the inside out.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 spring onion (1)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (2)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt

preparation

  • Chop the vegetables into small pieces and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Season with salt and turmeric and enjoy.
