This low-histamine, colorful vegetable soup is super easy to prepare and warms you nicely from the inside out.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 4 potatoes
- 1/2 broccoli
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 carrots
- 1 spring onion (1)
- 2 cloves of garlic (2)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 liter of water
- Salt

preparation
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and turmeric and enjoy.
