White pistachio chocolate
This low-histamine pistachio chocolate is completely vegan and will make every sweet tooth's heart beat a little faster.

Ingredients for 20 servings
- 200g cocoa butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar
- 50g pistachios
- 1 tbsp HistaFood Organic Protein Spread Pumpkin Seed & Pistachio

preparation
- Melt the cocoa butter dops together with the coconut oil in a water bath.
- Then add the coconut blossom sugar and some organic protein spread .
- Refine with finely chopped pistachios, fill into 2-3 ice cube trays and let set in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
- Enjoy cold.

Instead of pistachios, you can also use almonds (1) or dried fruit, for example.
