Sweet potato fries with vegan cheese dip

Simple but delicious! These low-histamine sweet potato fries with vegan cheese dip are quick to prepare and a great alternative to conventional fries.

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the fries

  • 1-2 sweet potatoes
  • 50g corn breading (organic & without additives)
  • 50 ml olive oil for frying
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Rock salt

For the dip

  • 4 slices of vegan coconut-based cheese (1)
  • 100ml water

Optional as a dip

Recipe

preparation

  • Wash the sweet potato, cut it into strips and place it in cold water for 30 minutes, then rinse it with water and dry it thoroughly.
  • For the breading, mix the olive oil together with a little salt, finely chopped rosemary and the corn breading, and roll the sweet potatoes in it.
  • Place the fries side by side on a baking tray and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  • Turn over occasionally.
  • For the dip, melt the vegan cheese (1) in a pot together with some water.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
