Mini Halloween Pancakes
These low-histamine mini pancakes aren't just a treat for children on Halloween!

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the dough
- 100g spelt flour
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seed flour / pureed pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed flour
- 1/2 packet cream of tartar baking powder
- 200 ml oat milk (1)
- 2 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar or maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil for frying
For decorating
- Almond butter (1) or HistaFood Organic Protein Spread
- 5-10 grapes
- 1/2 persimmon
- pumpkin seeds

preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for the batter, then fry the mini pancakes in a pan with coconut oil.
- For decoration, drizzle the pancakes with almond butter (1) or organic protein spread .
- For the eyes, slice the grapes and remove the pulp with an apple corer.
- Then, using an apple corer, remove the inside of the eye from the persimmon, slice the roll and insert it into the grape rings.
- Then place the "teeth" made of pumpkin seeds on the pancakes.

You can also use other low-histamine fruits for decoration, such as apples and pomegranate seeds.
