Potato and lamb's lettuce salad with vegan feta

For the salad
  • 8 potatoes
  • A little lamb's lettuce
  • 1 vegan feta (1)
  • 1 pomegranate
For the dressing
  • 4 tablespoons acerola juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
Potato and lamb's lettuce salad with vegan feta

preparation

  • Quarter the potatoes, cook for about 10 minutes, and drain.
  • Meanwhile, deseed the pomegranate.
  • Arrange the salad and garnish with potatoes, pomegranate seeds and vegan feta (1).
  • For the dressing, mix the acerola juice, olive oil and salt.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
