Ginger and lemon balm tea

This low-histamine ginger and lemon balm tea has a mild spiciness with a fresh citrus note. Perfect for cold or unwell days.

Ingredients for one serving

  • 2 thumb-sized pieces of fresh ginger (1)
  • 2-3 sprigs of lemon balm
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 liter of water

preparation

  • Chop the ginger into small pieces and simmer in a pot of water for about 10 minutes.
  • Pour into a glass and refine with lemon balm and honey.
