Colorful vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 6 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 onion (1)
- 1/4 pointed cabbage (here purple pointed cabbage)
- 1 pinch of caraway
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Olive oil

- Fresh parsley

preparation
- Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fry the onions in a pan with a little olive oil, then add the carrot and zucchini and deglaze with a little water.
- Steam for 10 minutes with the lid closed, then add the pointed cabbage and steam briefly again.
- Drain the potatoes, mix them with the remaining vegetables and season with organic herb salt , a little caraway, olive oil and fresh parsley.
