Colorful vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 1/4 pointed cabbage (here purple pointed cabbage)
  • 1 pinch of caraway
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
  • Olive oil

Recipe

preparation

  • Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, fry the onions in a pan with a little olive oil, then add the carrot and zucchini and deglaze with a little water.
  • Steam for 10 minutes with the lid closed, then add the pointed cabbage and steam briefly again.
  • Drain the potatoes, mix them with the remaining vegetables and season with organic herb salt , a little caraway, olive oil and fresh parsley.
