Blackberry Mousse
The most delicious dessert of the summer: Low-histamine blackberry mousse
This recipe is

Preparation time
15 minutes + 1-2 hours cooling time
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 450 g blackberries
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp flaxseed flour
- 1 tbsp acerola juice
- 100 g coconut yogurt (1)
- 1-2 sprigs of lemon balm

preparation
- Briefly boil the blackberries with maple syrup in a pot and crush them.
- Set aside and let cool slightly.
- Puree the blackberries and pass them through a sieve.
- Mix with flaxseed flour and divide between two glasses.
- Spoon the coconut yogurt (1) onto the blackberry mousse and serve with lemon balm.
- It tastes best chilled – therefore, place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before eating.
