Blackberry Mousse

The most delicious dessert of the summer: Low-histamine blackberry mousse

This recipe is

15 minutes + 1-2 hours cooling time

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 450 g blackberries
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed flour
  • 1 tbsp acerola juice
  • 100 g coconut yogurt (1)
  • 1-2 sprigs of lemon balm
Blackberry Mousse

preparation

  • Briefly boil the blackberries with maple syrup in a pot and crush them.
  • Set aside and let cool slightly.
  • Puree the blackberries and pass them through a sieve.
  • Mix with flaxseed flour and divide between two glasses.
  • Spoon the coconut yogurt (1) onto the blackberry mousse and serve with lemon balm.
  • It tastes best chilled – therefore, place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before eating.
