Rice Crackers
These delicious, low-histamine, and gluten-free rice crackers are made with just two ingredients: rice and cheese. You absolutely have to try them!

Preparation time
5 minutes + 30 minutes baking time
Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 200g cooked rice
- 100g grated mozzarella
- Optional: HistaFood organic herb salt , sesame seeds (1) or flax seeds for topping
- Our HistaFood organic vegetable spread Carrot & Beetroot or our organic vegetable spread Zucchini & Basil go well with this as a dip.
preparation
- Preheat oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat).
- Knead cold, cooked rice and cheese together to form a sticky mass.
- Roll the mixture out thinly on baking paper and place it on a baking sheet with the baking paper.
- Top with sesame or flax seeds as desired and cut into small squares.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

For a vegan version, you can simply use coconut-based cheese (1).
