Rice Crackers

These delicious, low-histamine, and gluten-free rice crackers are made with just two ingredients: rice and cheese. You absolutely have to try them!  

This recipe is 

  • vegetarian
  • suitable for a low-histamine diet  
  • suitable for a low-fructose diet  
  • gluten-free  

Preparation time 

5 minutes + 30 minutes baking time  

Ingredients for 2-3 people 

Rice crackers histamine preparation 

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat).  
  • Knead cold, cooked rice and cheese together to form a sticky mass.  
  • Roll the mixture out thinly on baking paper and place it on a baking sheet with the baking paper.  
  • Top with sesame or flax seeds as desired and cut into small squares.  
  • Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.  
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

For a vegan version, you can simply use coconut-based cheese (1).
