Coconut Bars
Coconut, blueberries, and our HistaFood organic berry bar combine to create delicious Coconut Bars. These coconut bars are perfect as a snack or for breakfast on the go.

Ingredients
For the floor
- 250 g coconut flakes (1)
- 80 g maple syrup
- 4 tbsp coconut milk (1)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla (1)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 HistaFood Organic Berry Bars
For the topping
- 200 g blueberries
- 50 ml water
- 50 g maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
preparation
- Mix together coconut flakes (1), maple syrup, coconut milk (1), melted coconut oil, vanilla (1), salt and chopped HistaFood organic berry bars.
- Line a baking dish with baking paper and spread the mixture in it.
- Press down firmly with a spoon and chill in the refrigerator.
- Wash the blueberries and finely puree them in a blender with water, maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Mix with chia seeds, let soak for 10 minutes and spread on the coconut mixture (1).
- Chill for 1-2 hours and then serve.
Our HistaFood tip
For a low-fructose version, you can replace the maple syrup with rice syrup.
